Welcome to Reel Express.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reel Express mobile application, website, and related services (“Service”).
By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using Reel Express, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. About Reel Express
Reel Express is a creative platform designed primarily for photographers and users who want to create reels and short-form videos from photographs and other media.
The Service may provide features including:
Photo-to-reel creation
Wedding themes and templates
Motions and animations
Transitions
Visual effects
Filters
Music and audio
Preview and export
Other creative tools and features
Features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued from time to time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required to use the Service in your country if that age is higher.
If you are using Reel Express on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. User Account
Some Reel Express features may require you to create or sign in to an account. Sign-in may be provided through Google or other authentication providers. We do not collect your Google password.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Keep your account information updated.
Keep your account and sign-in method secure.
Not share your account in a manner that violates these Terms.
Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may choose to provide a city name, Instagram ID, and WhatsApp number. These details are used for communication purposes only.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
You may request deletion of your account through the app (Profile ? Request account deletion) or by contacting us.
4. User Content
You may upload or select photographs, videos, audio, text, or other content while using Reel Express (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By using the Service, you grant Reel Express the limited rights necessary to store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to provide the requested features and services.
You are responsible for your User Content and must ensure that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to use it.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
You must not upload or use content that infringes the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person or organization.
You must have appropriate permission to use:
Photographs
Videos
Music
Logos
Graphics
Fonts
Other copyrighted materials
If you believe content available through Reel Express infringes your rights, you may contact us with relevant details.
6. Reel Express Creative Assets
Reel Express may provide templates, themes, transitions, effects, music, graphics, animations, and other creative assets (“Reel Express Assets”).
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Reel Express Assets remain the property of Reel Express or its respective licensors.
You may use Reel Express Assets only through the features and permissions provided by the Service.
You may not:
Resell Reel Express Assets separately.
Extract or redistribute individual assets.
Claim ownership of Reel Express Assets.
Use them to create a competing asset library.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute them outside permitted use.
7. Music and Audio
Reel Express may provide music and audio tracks for use within reels.
The availability and permitted use of individual tracks may vary.
You are responsible for ensuring that your final exported content complies with applicable copyright and platform requirements when publishing it to social media or other platforms.
Reel Express does not guarantee that every exported reel will be accepted or monetized by every third-party platform.
8. Advertising and Promotional Content
Reel Express may display advertisements, promotional banners, sponsored content, or recommendations from third-party businesses.
The availability of features and promotional content may change from time to time.
9. Third-Party Services
Reel Express may integrate with third-party services, platforms, cloud services, advertising providers, authentication providers, or other technologies.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Reel Express is not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services outside our control.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Reel Express to:
Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe another person's rights.
Upload illegal or unauthorized content.
Distribute malware or harmful software.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Interfere with the operation of the Service.
Reverse engineer or improperly modify the Service.
Abuse, overload, or attack our systems.
Use the Service to create or distribute deceptive or fraudulent content.
Circumvent usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep Reel Express available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be:
Available without interruption
Error-free
Completely secure
Compatible with every device
Free from technical problems
The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, network issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Device Compatibility
Reel Express may perform differently depending on:
Device model
Android or iOS version
Hardware capabilities
GPU
Available storage
Memory
Operating system updates
We cannot guarantee identical performance on every device.
13. Exported Content
Reel Express provides tools for creating and exporting reels.
You are responsible for reviewing your final exported content before publishing or sharing it.
Reel Express is not responsible for:
User-selected content
Copyright violations in user-provided content
Incorrect information added by users
Content published by users on third-party platforms
14. Intellectual Property of Reel Express
The Reel Express name, logo, application, website, interface, designs, software, branding, and associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Reel Express.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Reel Express intellectual property without written permission.
15. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to your account if:
You violate these Terms.
You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
Your use creates a security or legal risk.
Required by applicable law.
The Service is discontinued.
You may stop using Reel Express at any time.
Upon termination, provisions that are intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
16. Disclaimer
Reel Express is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet every user's individual requirements or that all features will operate without interruption or errors.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reel Express and its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we may update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice through the application or website.
Your continued use of Reel Express after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
